Noqvar is an Arabic-first wallet and deal platform for Discord communities. Two members agree the terms, hold money from their balances, then follow delivery, review and settlement in one place. The code includes wallet operations, deal rooms, two-factor confirmation and administration tools. Its public site is live; money flows are still a restricted testnet trial, with no real funds.

Who it's for
Discord communities, with an agreement worth keeping.
People buying digital goods or services from someone they already know on Discord, or agreeing to exchange balances with a named member. They need the price, delivery terms and held money in one place, with a record both sides can follow.
What it solves
- 01
One agreement, visible to both sides
A deal names the Discord counterparty and records the amount, fees, delivery deadline and any protection period before acceptance. Delivery, conversation and evidence stay inside that deal, rather than getting lost across messages.
- 02
Know where the money is
The wallet separates available balances from money held in deals and pending operations. The product supports Egyptian pounds, PayPal dollars, Saudi riyals, AdamC credits and digital currencies; the public site shows which test networks are currently available.
- 03
An extra step before money moves
Discord sign-in is paired with an authenticator code for outgoing money actions, including transfers, withdrawals, conversions and deal holds. Account screens include connected sessions and a security log.
- 04
A path when delivery goes wrong
A dispute keeps the deal amount held while an administrator reviews the agreement, messages and evidence. The documented outcome can release, refund or split the money; a first response within 24 hours is a target, not a promise of a finished case.

What it doesn't solve
- 01
A live site, still a closed money trial
The public pages are online, but the current money environment is a restricted testnet trial with currencies that have no real value. This is not an open real-money launch; the available networks can change.
- 02
Custody is not a guarantee of identity
Noqvar holds the funds and controls the network-wallet keys. A Discord profile or a rating does not prove who a person is, and disputes need human review. Digital-currency goods deals can release after review or protection ends without a dispute; the other balances require confirmation or an administration decision.
- 03
Some money routes still need people and time
Egyptian-pound, PayPal, Saudi-riyal and AdamC deposits use requests reviewed by the administration. PayPal funds become available five days after confirmation. Direct withdrawals for PayPal, Saudi riyals and AdamC are unavailable.
